The terms that apply when you use this website or engage Amplified Funnels.

Using this website

Use this site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer or misuse its content or forms.

Our services

Project scope, milestones, fees, revisions and launch requirements are agreed in a written proposal or statement of work. Estimates are not a guarantee until accepted in writing.

Your content

You confirm that materials you provide are yours to use and do not infringe another person's rights. You are responsible for approvals, claims and information supplied to us.

Intellectual property

Each proposal will state which deliverables transfer to you and which tools, templates or third-party assets remain licensed. Amplified Funnels retains rights in reusable know-how and pre-existing materials.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
